Returns Policy

 

Before 30 Days* (Refunds, Exchanges, & Repair/Replacement)

 

Eligible Returns

 

  1. Un-used NON-SERIALIZED for REFUND (customer pays a 15% restocking fee).
  2. Un-used NON-SERIALIZED for EXCHANGE of different Item SKU (Customer pays a 15% restocking fee + shipping cost of new item).
  3. Un-used NON-SERIALIZED and used for REPAIR/REPLACEMENT warranty covered defect.

 

Shipping & Fee’s

 

  • AR15 - Overstock pays shipping back to AR-15 Overstock for RMA Repair or Replacement.
  • AR - Overstock pays shipping back to Customer for defective item.
  • Customer pays shipping back to AR15 - Overstock for non-defective Exchange or Refund.
  • Customer pays shipping back to customer for non-defective item return (otherwise 15% restocking fee).

 

After 30 Days* (Repair/Replace Only)

 

Eligible Returns

 

  1. Un-Used and used NON-SERIALIZED for REPAIR/REPLACEMENT warranty covered defect.

 

Shipping & Fee’s

 

  • Customer pays shipping back to AR15 - Overstock.
  • Customer pays shipping back to Customer for item.

 

* The 30 day period starts when the new order item leaves the AR15 - Overstock fulfillment center – the initial shipment date.



Shipping

 

AR15 - Overstock always chooses the most affordable and reliable shipping option for your order. Sometimes that is UPS, sometimes it’s FedEx. We NEVER use USPS.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

State & Local Laws

AR15 - Overstock will not ship items to State and local jurisdictions which are restricted under local or State laws.
