What qualifies as a Blemished Item?
This is an item for sale that may have a rough appearance due primarily but not limited to milling, dents, scratches, and uneven finish. The term blemished applies to any defect to the appearance of the item and does NOT affect its function.
What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
AR-15 Overstock offers a 30-day money back guarantee for items sold at the full retail price if you are not satisfied with your order. This is valid from the date of shipping and if the items in the order are unused. The customer is responsible for shipping the order to AR-15 Overstock and a 15% restocking fee applies.
What is your Warranty Policy?
All Items sold for the full retail price are covered under a lifetime warranty for manufacturing and assembly defects.
If I purchase from AR-15 Overstock and I decide to cancel my order will there be a restocking charge?
Yes, if your order has already been pulled by our inventory team and passed to our production team to start building, there will be a 15% restocking charge for canceling the order.
If I purchase an item and then the price is reduced, can I receive a price adjustment? Price adjustments are not offered on sale, discounted, or regular merchandise.
Does AR-15 Overstock offer a military or police discount?
Yes, AR-15 Overstock supports our armed services and local law enforcement and we are happy to offer a 10% discount with proof of service. This discount applies to all non-sale items.
What is AR-15 Overstock’s lead time?
We do our best to get all orders shipped out the next business day. Depending on your location, shipping can take 3-5 business days.

Am I responsible for the legalities of my AR-15 or AR-10 in respect to the state laws?
Yes, any customer of AR-15 Overstock needs to check their state laws in regards to their weapon. Any purchase of a upper or weapon carries extra restrictions. Often, magazines and flash hiders carry restrictions as well in certain states and will not be shipped with the product
Does AR-15 Overstock offer a dealer program?
Yes, we offer a dealer program to any business that has an up to date resale certificate. Please email katrina@ar15-overstock.com and ask to set up a dealer account.
Do your upper assemblies come with a bolt carrier group and charging handle?
No, AR-15 upper assemblies do not come with a BCG & CHH.
How does your return program work?
Items returned for refund, repair and or modification will be at the customer’s expense.
