This barrel is machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Steel, heat treated to RC 28-32 hardness, and properly stress relieved. This barrel has a nitride finish for increased strength and durability. It is chambered 7.62?39 chamber, with a 1:10 twist rate. This is the perfect barrel for an AR15 build, keeping weight to an absolute minimum, while still offering a significant ballistic advantage.

This barrel workes fantastic for my custome AR-47. Eats any 7.62 ammo all day. With the right upper this barrel cools noticabley faster than normally expected. There is not a better quality barrel on the market for the price.

Purchased this barrel to build a light weight 7.62 AR. It has proved to be an exceptionaly accurate barrel for the money. I was so happy with it I purchased a second one with the barrel
nut and front sight tower installed. Again, an excellent barrel. I do wish they had not discontinued that item.
